Refund policy

According to the provisions of article 103 of the Spanish Law 3/2014, of 27 March, through which the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users is amended, the supply of goods packaged according to the specifications of the consumer or clearly personalized, or which, by their nature, cannot be returned or can deteriorate or expire rapidly, are exempt from any form of withdrawal.

In case of non-delivery to the recipient due to incorrect address, wrong name on the bell, unreachable recipient, the goods will return to the warehouse and will remain in storage for 2 days for collection, after this date it will be disposed of. The order cannot be refunded.

If the Laurel Wreath or the Bouquet does not arrive in time for the Graduation, we will proceed with the full refund of your purchase. Instead, in the event that the customer is not satisfied with the goods, we will partially refund the product based on the photographs and the state of maintenance. Graduation Favors are non-refundable in any of the cases mentioned above.

We ask you to keep in mind that the photographs of each Crown or Bouquet are for illustrative purposes only, in fact the materials and the type of bay leaves will depend on availability at that given moment. However, you don't have to worry, we assure you that they will always be of a similar quality as shown on our site. In the event that you receive something other than the original photograph, but still meeting the required quality standards, it will not be possible to process a refund of the order.

The refund request must be received within 24 hours of receiving the order, by sending photographs showing the status of the goods after delivery.
